Travel Insurance Terms and Conditions

We strongly recommend the purchase of the Tour Protection Plan. Purchase of this plan is entirely voluntary, but will provide protection for your non-refundable tour costs and cancellation fees should you need to cancel or interrupt your trip due to a wide variety unforeseen circumstances. It also provides important medical benefits and assistance while traveling on your Great Lakes Cruise Company tour. The Tour Protection Plan features a 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee, after which premiums are non-refundable. The Certificate of Insurance/​Policy contains complete details on the coverage. Our plan is administered by World Access and underwritten by BCS Insurance Company.

If you have a PRE-EXISTING HEALTH CONDITION, trip cancellation insurance must be purchased within 14 DAYS of making your reservation with Great Lakes Cruise Company.
