Program Inclusions

Not Included

Airfare; visa and passport fees (if applicable); transfers; luggage and trip cancellation insurance; meals, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages other than those specified above; personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, faxes, and e-mail service; and gratuities to shipboard personnel. Please note: The Yorktown does not have an elevator.

Airfare

Airfare is not included in the cost of these programs. For competitive airfare in your selected class of service, please contact Great Lakes Cruise Company at 1-888-891-0203.

Payments

A $750 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure & must be by personal check.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to a $50.00 per person administrative fee. In addition, all cancellations are subject to a $300.00 per person fee. Cancellations 61-90 days prior will be assessed 50% penalty of the program fees; 60 days or less will be assessed 100% penalty fees.

Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness or accident. Baggage insurance is also recommended. In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement.

The itinerary, accommodations, and arrangements are subject to change at the discretion of Travel Dynamics.

Rates

Tour costs are based upon tariffs applicable at the time of the printing of the brochure. While we do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, they are subject to change.
